IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. ("IBC") (TSXV:IB) is a vertically integrated manufacturing and global rare metals public company based in Vancouver, Canada. IBC trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol IB and is focused on every step of the mine to market value chain. Advanced alloys and rare metals, in particular beryllium, are in great demand and are used in a broad range of specialized and growing industrial applications.
IBC has three areas of focus:
1. Product research to stimulate demand (including nuclear fuels R&D).
2. Mineral resources.

IBC funds research, with Purdue and Texas A & M universities, which involves combining beryllium and uranium oxides to form a new source of fuel for nuclear power reactors. If the research is successful and a product is successfully fabricated and marketed, it is hoped it will provide a safer, more efficient fuel as well as stimulate the demand for the resource in the ground.
IBC also owns 100% of several mineral properties located in Utah, Colorado and Brazil.
IBC's operational assets, which include three 100% wholly owned and profitable manufacturing divisions, Beralcast Corporation, Freedom Alloys Inc., and Nonferrous Products Inc., are based in the Eastern US. IBC is focused on consolidating and vertically integrating its manufacturing and mineral assets across the mine to market value chain to generate production and operational efficiencies in addition to market growth.

To identify key assets across mine to market value chain with particular focus on effectively integrating downstream operations, including sales and marketing capabilities, with mineral assets.
To procure and set up modern and efficient advanced alloy processing facilities located within economic range of primary target market transportation corridors;
To acquire, develop and expand a first class marketing and international distribution network for end market advanced alloy products.
